Once the order is placed, the products are prepared and delivered to the location indicated on the delivery form. Customers will also receive a confirmation email with their completed order and tracking information. Please note that all prices on our website do not include delivery charges. Kindly consider the associated charges before placing an order:
Delivery in Slovenia: €1.90 per item
International Delivery: €3.90 per item
Please be aware that while we will try to meet all orders placed through the Site, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any order at any time.
Customer Service Policy: Please send any questions or suggestions to us via our feedback form. We promise to address any issue you might have in a timely and courteous fashion.
Payment Policy: All payments are processed by Paypal or Pošta Slovenije.
Delivery Policy: Deliveries will be made within a specified pre-arranged time period. If, due to extenuating circumstances, we do not deliver within the time limit we have promised, then one of our representatives will be in touch to inform customers of any necessary changes. Please note that all deliveries are made via Pošta Slovenije. All deliveries can be tracked at http://sledenje.posta.si/.
Refund/Return/Exchange Policy: All of our items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Online registration
To use our online shopping facilities you need to register and create an account on our website. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account then please call us immediately. Should you wish to close your account, please contact us and we will ensure that we remove all of your details from the website. If you wish to re-register, you would have to fill up the registration form once again and follow the registration steps.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- Registration
In order to avail of Grapese Online Shopping you are required to register with us. You must complete the simple registration process and all the information supplied must be complete and accurate. You will be asked to choose a password, and the responsibility for maintaining the privacy of this account and password is entirely yours. Grapese Online Shopping is constantly working to ensure that only items available in Store are shown online. However we cannot guarantee availability of any item, and cannot be held liable for non-delivery of unavailable items.
- Contract
No contract will exist between you and Grapese Online Shopping for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until the goods are delivered and signed for by you (or your authorized representative) to the satisfaction of Grapese Online Shopping. Your order is an offer to buy from Grapese Online Shopping and nothing we do or say will constitute an acceptance of that offer until we actually deliver the goods to you. At any time up to then we may decline to supply you with any products without giving any reason. All deliveries are at the sole discretion of Grapese Online Shopping and any order can be refused at our discretion. Payment must be made via Paypal prior to Delivery.
